The software Ori-Finder 1.0 is only available to academic, government and other
nonprofit institutions for noncommercial and nonprofit research purposes.
Licensee is granted to install and use the Software Ori-Finder 1.0 in computers
located at the licensee's institution. The software Ori-Finder 1.0 may not be transferred
or distributed to any other party by Licensee without the prior written approval of the director of TUBIC.
- Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software
Ori-Finder 1.0 shall remain in TUBIC. The software Ori-Finder 1.0 is protected by
copyright laws of the People's Republic of China, and under international treaties.
- TUBIC may terminate this license by writing notification to Licensee at the

- Warranty, Liability and Indemnity. Licensee acknowledges that the Software
Ori-Finder 1.0 is experimental. The Software Ori-Finder 1.0 is provided based on an "as
is", " as available" basis, and TUBIC makes no representation or warranty, express or
implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement. Neither party shall be liable for any claim,
demand or action for any loss, harm, illness or other damage or injury arising from
access to or use of the Software Ori-Finder 1.0, including without limitation any direct,
indirect, incidental, exemplary, special or consequential damages, even if advised of
the possibility of such damages.
